Traktor Kontrol S2 MK3 Firmware Update in WIndows 11 not working

I have just taken delivery of a brand new Traktor Kontrol S2 MK3 and am trying to update it to the latest Firmware 140 to no avail. RESCAN doesn't do anything! Obviously it is connected to the USB port and the thing goes through a power cycle when first connected before going off

I have tried installing in Admin mode. Is it a Windows 11 thing?

    Problem is solved with an Windows 11 update called "Native Instruments - USBDevice - 6.0.0.24"

    hi

    i just bought a new Lenovo PC and a new Traktor Kontrol S2 mk3

    cant manage to have the controller getting recognized under the latest Win 11 update, installed the ASIO driver as well (which i can select from Traktor 4 but still audio problem signalled on the T4 GUI -the red audio icon- and no midi activity moving the knobs and faders on the controller)

    can someone please tell me how to manage to install that update (Native Instruments - USBDevice - 6.0.0.24)

    i tried to find it through the Windows update procedure but no luck..

    is there an exe downloadable through MS site that i didnt manage to find searching?
