ScanApp3 Crash

in Komplete Kontrol

Hello everyone from a few days ago every time I open the Komplete Kontrol application at the end of the loading process this window appears:

After closing this window the application works normally but I can't figure out how not to make it appear anymore. I tried to reinstall but it didn't work. Does anyone know where to go to intervene? Thank you

    Reinstall wouldn’t make a difference because this is a problem with one of the plugins scanapp is validating. It means that plugin could potentially cause instability in Komplete Kontrol so the scanapp crashing is part of its normal function to exclude such plugins

    What you need to do is figure out which plugin is causing this

    I usually start with temporarily moving plugins out of the plugins folder that have been recently installed or updated

    You can also check KK’s logging process to see if it identified the plugin and also system crash reports

    This is where scanapp could provide more information- the Logic aueval tool for example identifies the buggy plugin and enables you to exclude it from future scans, scanapp is doing its job in that it saves KK from being more unstable but could do better at helping troubleshoot and manage faulty plugins
