Will the SK6 be affected by the discontinued support?

I am not sure if this has been answered or not. With the discontinued support for MK1 and @ will the SK6 usage of the MK2 be affected? Will there be an update for this on the Keyboards or will we be forced to buy more new equipment?

The MK2 is still supported, it works in the latest software but this is something all need to consider when using any hardware that relies on software. At any moment (usually the 10 year mark) companies can simply yank support ultimately killing off a perfectly working product. Now yes, you can simply stick to the software version that works for it but if you also live in the macOS ecosystem this has been specifically designed to force obsolescence so will ultimately seal your fate at some stage.
For now and likely the next 3-5 years, the MK2 is safe but after this it will be the same downfall as the MK1 keyboard.
