Since the update to osx Sequoia logic does not recognize mapping for DAW control. Has anyone else experienced something similar?Thank you
Please reply to the email with these files, thank you. I've deleted the files from your post as it contains some private data.
@EOTU and @Jeremy_NI thank you so much ! Did that and it works perfectly fine ! :D
Hello Kandi, have you checked this Knowledge Base Article below:
My Komplete Kontrol Shows No NKS Smart Play or Mapped Features
Please let me know☺️
@Kandi Well first of all, our products are not yet supported on MacOS Sequoia: macOS 15 Sequoia Compatibility Statement
Not 100% sure if it's the source of the issue yet.
Make sure that Komplete Kontrol and Logic have full disk access.
I would then try to close Logic and delete the control surface file of Logic found here:
Macintosh HD/Users/Username/Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic.pro.cs
Note: the User Library folder is hidden. To access it, click on Go in the menu bar and press down the Alt key. You'll now find the Library entry in the menu:
Does that fix it?
Hello, both logic and komplete kontrol have full access. I have eliminated the preferences you indicated and I have not had success. The keyboard still has no functionality in the logic pro x control. v. 11.0.1. The play or stop key makes a sound as if it were just another key.
Is everything functional in Komplete Kontrol in standalone? What are your settings for MIDI input & output? Please post screenshots? What do you get then if you monitor the MIDI activity? How to Monitor the Output of a MIDI Controller
Please try the following:
Thank you very much for your attention. Unfortunately this still doesn't work. The knobs don't work either in Komplete Kontrol alone or in Logic in any of the ways. On the small screen only the option of template 1 appears. I don't know if I should have some other configuration or if I could send screenshots to see if they can help.
The keyboard works perfectly with Native Instrument plugins as well as with the Komplete Kontrol application. What it doesn't recognize is the integration with Logic and therefore I can't use the play/receive/stop buttons..
@Kandi Well, again, Sequoia is not supported yet, that could be the issue here.
Let's try one more thing, please try to delete these files:

Thanks again, I've tried what you suggested, but it didn't work. I hope it's due to the operating system and that I can use it again soon, since controlling Logic Prox from the keyboard was very useful for me. If you can think of anything else that could help me, please let me know. Thank you very much!
I don't see what we could try next. I'm checking if someone can try and reproduce the issue with a Sequoia system. I'll update the thread when I get some feedback. Don't hesitate to ping me if it's getting too long!
One last thing to try:
Open Logic Pro > Control Surfaces > Rebuild Defaults
Also, ensure Logic Pro is in MIDI 1 mode (in Logic preferences)
Hello, it still doesn't work.
I don't know what I can do. I will try to assign controls directly although it is not the same. Hello, it still doesn't work.
@Kandi We weren't able to reproduce the issue, even on a Sequoia system, we'll need to check your system, i've reached out by email.
Hi, I'm sending you the file that was generated. Let's see if this helps to find the solution.
