Windows platform, M32 keyboard, native access flagged update for Komplete Kontrol.. did the download and install failed, message couldn't find path, then said was broken. Followed suggestion to uninstall Komplete and drivers and now can't reinstall. Have tried a roll back version 2.9.3 without success.. Any help appreciated. Feel like I am being steered towards upgrading to Komplete 15 which I don't want to do

I have fixed the problem,, don't really know for sure what one thing it was but I turned off custom folders in ableton 12 lite and installed some packs,, but I think it may have been interference in background by my third party VPN real time virus protection.. thanks for help.. I am happy again :)

no need to update your komplete bundle. On this website you have the download for komplete kontrol 2.9.6, have you tried this?

Thanks, I have previously tried this.. installation seems to be going fine, till I get to this bit, can't ignore, can't skip only cancel. Also, I don't have any version of Komplete installed currently as uninstalled Komplete and drivers after multiple attempts to update and uninstalling was mentioned online here somewhere. Only place I see Komplete is in Native Access with the update action required.

I'm using Windows 11 Home so windows presentation looks a bit different to the instructions but not an issue, thanks :) I don't care about having VST2 only concerned about having a working version with VST2,

Can you try to check your drives like described here, with "chkdsk /f /r" I think,

Hi, my laptop is newish, ryzen7, heaps of memory and space. I'm kicking myself for uninstalling KK and drivers as feel if I hadn't might have had success with the role back to older version. Thanks
