Hi,
I cannot believe I'm having this kind of issue with a product like this, but after going through all the guides and forums here I am completely stumped as to what to do.
I have a Komplete Kontrol MKIII that I'm trying to set up. It will not proceed past the "add serial screen".
Things I have done:
- Installed and reinstalled Hardware Connection Service
- Added serial number to Native Access
- Restarted and refreshed Native Access
- Restarted my computer
- Updated Windows
- Updated my motherboard BIOS
- Tried different USB C Cables
- Tried different ports on my computer
I am at my wit's end. Has anyone found some other way to fix this issue?
