I've been trying to fix this issue for some time now with Kontakt.
Might need full version of Kontakt?
Might need v7 Kontakt player?
Is it happening also in Kontakt in standalone? Did you install/locate the library with Native Access? How does it look there?
Is the library installed on an external hard drive? What is the format of the drive? On Mac it should be APFS: Notes on Hard Drive Formats on Mac Computers
Do Logic and Kontakt have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
