Cannot load plugin from reaper

I have a windows 11 rig and I recently bought a plug-in from the called Extinction Level Event which it should load fine using Native access 7. Which I have but I still can’t get it to work. It tries but never gets there

    These screencaps are devoid of any info or error messages or anything.

    What exactly are you doing and how do you know the instrument is not loading?

    Not familiar at all with Reaper but know that it was having some issues a while back with Kontakt and the loading of other third party instruments.
