I can not activate my new purchased S61 MK3.

Before i used the MK1 version.

I already updated the Native Acces, Upgraded the firmware of MK3.

But when i try to register, its says " the serial already registered".

In my products list i don't see the MK3 back.

Also in Native Acces i miss the Harware Connection Service.

What can i do or what am i doing wrong?

Where did you buy the keyboard from? If the serial is already registered you'll need to contact support to fix things for you. You can do that on this page via the chat option at the bottom right once you're logged in - Komplete Kontrol – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)
