unsure what plugins and instruments I own; only have serial numbers and vague product name

Tried to open Reactor, it asks me to purchase. Surely if I downloaded it in Native Access than its made available because I own it already? I have Komplete start Faktory Reaktor Selektion.

Hello,

Komplete Start is a free software and Reaktor Factory Selection is a light (demo) version of the full Reaktor Library, for use with the (also free) Reaktor Player.

So, most probably, what you have is the Reaktor Player and not the full version of Reaktor, and you probably tried to open an ensemble that requires the full version, thus it asks you to purchase it.

However, to be sure, it will be useful to provide more details (for example, which one was the ensemble you tried to open) and if you can, some screenshots of your Native Access.
