What's going on at Native Instruments?
I've been working with Native Instruments for a very long time.
I've bought a lot of products from them.
I've never had any problems so far, but now...
1) I want to buy the UVI bundle, but as I live in Switzerland, the price is in CHF and not in euros. The exchange rate is completely fanciful and
I ask Native if I can pay in euros. I've been trying to contact Native support for a fortnight. But nothing, no answer!
2) I discovered in the forum that a customer had bought the UVI bundle, paid for it, but hadn't received the serial numbers! He tried to contact NI support, but nothing, no answer!
I'm very interested in the UVI bundle, but there's too much risk that I'll pay too much for it and nothing will work!
Has anyone also had problems with NI support?
