I don't know what is happening to Customer support for Native Instruments. You start by submitting a problem you are experiencing and you can wait days, weeks, months before anyone gets back to you. They really want your money fast, that I can tell you. But once you have a problem with what you bought, good luck. They tell you to look at user forums, the Internet for "possible" solutions and even the Bible. Sorry, but I refuse to spend days trying different and possibly incorrect solutions. I want the problem solved by the support teams. I don't have time for this nonsense. Does anyone else have the same experience??
