How do you update Kontakt to 7.7? ....

Native Access says I'm up-to-date, but I have 7.6 and some sounds won't load (Analog Dreams and a few others)

Thanks.... I did get Kontakt updated to current by uninstalling and re-installing native access..... which wasn't very easy with the "please grant permission to Native Access to install dependencies" ???...(found a patch to solve that issue)..... thanks to all for the help!

Try to uninstall Native Access, then install it again on NI site (make sure you are logged on into your acc btw).

Then try to update Kontakt again.

Let me know if it worked.

Thanks! ... I will try that..... but pardon my ignorance, do you know if I will then have to re-install all of my NI plug-ins/libraries.... I have quite a few of them...

@Studio_Tone When you open Kontakt in standalone and click on the NI logo, what version does it show?

If it shows 7.6 and you can't find the update for 7.7 in Native Access, please contact my colleagues here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_NA

What is your OS? Generally NA will not serve updates that are not supported by the OS version

Hi. New here and new to Kontakt. I'm attempting to update from 7 to 7.7 but again NI says all updates are complete. Can't install a few instruments that need 7.7. Please help!
