How to resolve UI problem -- plugin unsuable

Issue

The UI does not display correctly and is unusable.

Both applications I use to open Massive X shows the same problem (see attached image).

The plugin still generates the correct sound though.

This occurs for all patches.

Troubleshooting:

I've tested this within Maschine 2 and FL Studio.

I've attempted to re-install both Maschine 2 and Massive X via the Native Access app but nnfortunately this did not resolve the issue.

Re-starting my computer did not help either.

Please let me know of any further troubleshooting steps or what information might be needed

I've also attached a DxDiag report to show system info if needed.

Hey @pdmartello Sorry for not getting back to you earlier on this one. I've contacted the Massive X devs and am waiting for their feedback. I also see that you were in cointact with my colleagues from support, did the solutions offered work or not?
