Session guitar Picked not showing in Kontakt

Hello everyone I'm new here.

have this issue and I was wonder if any of you have any insight can help.

running kontak in protools version 2021.7.0 on MacBook Pro 2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5

for some reason my session guitar picked its not showing in kontatk. When I dowloaded from Native Access it says that is Install but it still does not showed in Kontak,

anyone ran into this issue?

I've had similar issues (altho rare) with certain libraries and the following solution worked for incomplete or corrupted library installations;

Soft reboot and then reload & install again from Native Access. Always start Kontakt as SAL first to scan databases before loading as VST in your DAW.

I had this issue last year with 3 of the 4 components of the Cremona Quartet... solved the problem immediately.

did you open Kontakt standalone before opening the plugin...give that a try.

Thank you for replying.. I tried that and even on Kontakt standalone that library its not showing.

Not sure if its an issue with that library in particular cause I install others and they show up in the plugin as soon as I open it within protools

In Native Access: make sure that the install location is the same as all your other libraries.

Then start Kontakt SAL and rescan databases.

If it still fails, start a support ticket.
