Migrating VST2 to VST3 plugins in Ableton
Is there an easy way to switch from the VST2 versions of NI plugins I am already using to VST3? Ideally I'd like to replace each instance of a VST2 with its counterpart without having to manually dial everything in again. Barring that, is there a good way to copy/paste or save/load settings from VST2 to VST3? I'm not sure if this type of thing has to be implemented in the DAW but I'm using Ableton if that matters.

@NonRandom VST2 to VST3 migration is only possible with Komplete Kontrol or Maschine, this only if the third party plug-ins are updated to enable this migration, otherwise you'd get this error message: KOMPLETE KONTROL / MASCHINE Error: "*Product* could not be loaded, as it may not support Apple Silicon or VST2 to VST3 migration."
For specifics on VST2 to VST3 migration in Ableton, the best is to ask Ableton.

Are there that many NI plugins that would make this so difficult?
Your question isn't very clear. Are you talking about updating existing projects in a DAW?
