    Problem still goes on. It has been like 4 months now. 1 month ago I got in touch with NI's support team for the last time. We had a remote session. But there is no solution yet. He said that they are investigate the problem.

    I am still waiting.

    Hi can you see if you have MIDI 2 selected in MIDI settings and if so does it fix the issue when it is deselected?

    @tomhigley Sorry, I just stumbled upon this thread. I'm afraid the title of this thread is too general and everyone jumps in it with slightly different issues that have different causes and fixes. I see that you did not contact our support about it. As an example for @Gibiru24 the issue was coming from the sustain pedal.

    What format is your external hard drive? It should be APFS as explained here: Notes on Hard Drive Formats on Mac Computers

    @çakır Your issue is a bit different, no? Isn't it about the host control, start / stop / record?

    I think I'm going to close that thread because, based on the title everyone jumps in it with a slightly different issue.

    My problem is about host control, yes. Transport controls doesn't work stable. This problem still goes on. Hope you guys find a solution soon. It has started the day I bought the keyboard and it has been 4 months now.

    If you guys still working on the problem and my support ticket will be available, this thread is not mine. I have another title "Why Transport Controls does'n work in Logic Pro? (Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol A49)" for my problem.

    It was already deselected in MIDI settings . I have selected it and restart, nothing changes. I deselected it and restart, nothing changes.

    What exactly is your problem? People in this thread seem to be referring to several different things but it doesn’t sound like they are all ‘the same problem’

    If by ‘Logic integration’ you mean control of transport and mixer that is working for many people including myself, so there must be something specific to some systems that is affecting it

    Hi Jeremy

    You did not close my support ticket, someone from the zendesk did. The problem is when you open Logic, transport controls doesnt work properly each time. Sometimes you have to open 5 times in a raw just to make keyboard’s transport controls wırks fine. Keyboard does not work stable with Logic. But it works very well with Live 11.

    the problem is when you open the Logic, ant tru to use keybord’s play, stop, record .etc buttons they dont do what they meant to do. Instead, sound (whic sound I choosed in Logic) coming when we press them.

    I have created a support ticket months ago. We had contact via e mail for weeks. In the end they said to me we are putting your ticket on hold. After almost 2 months, I have sent an e mail to them via the ticket. But authomatic e mail arrived and it says that your ticket has closed.

    My problem continious, there is no solution from you guys. But somehow you are closing my ticket.

    a few days ago I have sent some dm to NI Instagram page. And they said to me create another ticket. I did. But no reply yet.
