Could not load Plug-in Battery 4 expansion

Hello,

I'm trying to use the faded reels expansions.

I open an instance of komplete kontrol then choose battery 4 and select faded reels as the bank when i select a kit i get a message error :could not load Plug-in.

I followed all the tutorials to add the correct librarys to komplete kontrol and rescan it but it never solves the problem.

Has anyone faced this issue?
