Komplete Kontrol 2.8.0 Access Violation on Install Solution?
I tried installing KK 2.8 from native Access but the installer just went forever without finishing.. so I copied the installer from the download directory to \temp\ and executed it after a fresh reboot. I received this error which explains why it never finishes installing :
Does anyone have any idea how I can resolve this issue?

@djjansen If you still have issues updating NI programs, try the follwoing:
Run the System File Integrity Checker
Run DISM
Make sure all of the latest Windows Updates are installed by running this minitool:
Make sure all the Redistributable packages are installed and not corrupted by running this minitool:
If that fails, try to disable your antivirus while running Native Access.

I also have the same Issue with Maschine 2 2.16.1 installer.

Hmmm, strange. Have you tried downloading the software again?

My current triage has gone like this :
- Update Motherboard BIOS
- Update Motherboard Chipset.
- Tried running the installed without the tickbox in the "Install Maschine MK2 Driver" (I have the original MK1 maschine, and Komplete Kontrol S61)
The access violation error continues.. but if you click OK the installer completes.. I have launched the application and it seems to work. though I've only given it a basic testing. Strange I cannot find any other reports online regarding this issue.
I still would like to resolve this issue as it will be always in the back of my mind if I run into any issues using the software.

This is starting to get really frustrating. Im not non-technical and have ensured to read all supporting documents and install things carefully and thoughfully. Now when trying to use Komplete Kontrol i get this error trying to open something :
I've rescanned both plugin and Libraries :
No idea what to do next.

I just followed this document : https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/210276165-KOMPLETE-KONTROL-Error-Message-Loading-Issue-Could-not-load-Plug-in-Windows-#:~:text=Below%20VST%20Location%20(64%20bit,to%20find%20your%20plug%2Dins.
Now its even worse. Now no plugins will list no matter how many times I rescan. I'm at the point im going to un-install and re-install Komplete Kontrol.

If you have just installed things you may need to open NI instruments standalone for the first time such as Kontakt/FM8 etc so they can build their database.
