can Mixer of our keyboard control two DAW seperately?

Hi there,

So sometimes I have both DP and Pro Tools open at the same time, I've successfully set up my Komplete Kontrol S88 mixer to both DAW, and when I touch a knob it control both DAW, I wonder if there's a way to switch which DAW to control? I noticed in Pro Tools there's a channel setting , wondering maybe I can set one channel to each DAW?
