Volume issue

Hello everyone!

I have a problem, when I pre-select a piano sound for example, on komplete kontrole, it is loud, it is perfect. But when I select this piano it becomes very weak on my keyboard. I have to leave the Fix Vel button on my Komlete Kontrol S49 to get an audible sound. I have tried to change all the settings but nothing works?
