Komplete kontrol A61 with Komplete select software

Hi,

I just bought a A61 Keyboard with the Komplete select software included, but the software it does not show up in Native Access. How long do I have to wait for that? I have registered the keyboard with the serial no in Native access and I can see it in my account on the native instrument webpage.

Hi,

Have u in your account / products serial number a licence number called "Komplet 14 select for HW" ?

If u got it try to add the S/N in Native Access.
