Komplete Start Bundle doesn't show up in native access

Hi everyone.

I bought a Komplete Kontrol A61 eand yesterday i tried to configure it.

In native access, it seems that i managed to add the serial of the hardwere, in fact i can see it in my products and serial's section on the web site. The problem is that i cannot see the plugins of the bundle in native access. I tried everything, following the guide in the web site. I tried to uninstall native access and installed it again but nothing; refresh the library but nothing. The only plugins i can see in native access are the player series of REAKTOR 6, KONTACT 6 and KONTACT 7.

I really don't know what to do. I think i'm forced to give back the keyboard and ask for another one in order to try with another serial number.

Is there a way to fix this problem?

Hey @ErMurena, I checked your account and I can see the software bundle that comes with your keyboard in your account.

Please make sure you have the latest version of Native Access installed:

https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

Please note it may take a few hours for products to show up in there. Feel free to keep us updated in case you have some news.
