Komplete Kontrol A49 does not work

Hello everyone!!

I just bought a Komplete Kontrol A49 and there are some functions not working. I use logic and for example the octave up button does not work. I can put octaves down but then not back up.

I have latest versions of eveything and running it with Rosetta. Any idea why it wont work?
