Kontakt 7 constant crashes on Cubase 12 / MacBook Pro M1

When I try to load a sound from the browser, either on the left hand side or from Quick-Load there's like a 1 in 3 chance of it instantly crashing Cubase 12. It always happens when I click on a patch in the browser to drag it into the main window to load. No freeze or anything, just instant crash. I think this started when I installed Kontakt 7. And I think the same thing is happening in Kontakt 6 now but it wasn't before. Is this a known issue? I'm sweating every time I'm about to load a sound lol.

Monterey 12.6 on MacBook Pro, Apple M1 Max, 64gb RAM, Cubase 12.0.40

    Hi @wavvveee are you still having issues with Kontakt crashing on Cubase? If you haven't already, can you please try the steps listed in this article and let us know if they help?

    I have the same issue. Macbook Pro, M1, Monterey 12.6.1, Cubase 12.0.50

    Did you solve this problem? I have the same issue with my Mac Studio. Can you please help with this?

    Same here. So many crashes, am using Kontakt 6 for now. Tried the trashing preferences already. Still Kontakt 7 and Cubase/Nuendo 12 seem to be fighting real hard.

    Hey all, do the crashes still happen with the latest Kontakt 7.1.3 update? Does it still happen if you give Full Disk Access to Kontakt and your DAW? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    Please include the info that you have M1 Max computers (even if the title if possible) and the result of our support tool.
