The Grandeur Library Problem

For some time I have been recieving "content missing" message in Komplete VST and standalone app for The Grandeur Library. The file making problems is "GRANDEUR_003.nkx", which indeed is missing in Samples folder of the library. I reinstalled the library, but this files is still missing... any ideas what could be a problem?

P.S. What makes things worse is that the instance of Komplete VST with The Grandeur preset is in my main Cubase template. And I usually solve the problem by clicking "ignore this time", but it started being very annoying. And also, this problem prevents all the other instances of Komplete VST containing other Kontakt libraries from loading correctly... until I click "ignore this time" on The Grandeur... 😕

@sevdahbaby We'd recommend to completely uninstall the library like this: How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Mac Computer Look for any duplicates.

Make sure to give Full Disk Access to Native Access, Kontakt, Komplete Kontrol and your DAW: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Reinstall The Grandeur with Native Access. Open Kontakt in standalone to check everything is functional.

Does that fix the issue?
