Kontakt 6 missing files on Cubase 12 issue

Hi there

I am experiencing an issue with Kontakt 6 on Cubase 12.0.40 on Windows 11. Basically I've changed my computer and changed some samples locations so when I open some projects Kontakt 6 needs to find the missing files. 

The problem is that this operation takes ages even on small projects with one or two libraries to relink. Has anyone experienced something like this? Any advice on how to fix this? 

Some further information on my hardware if this might help: i9-12900KF, 128 GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Motherboard Gigabyte Z690 UD DDR4

    Once you find the samples for the library, Save the Kontakt NKI...
