Guitar Rig 6 - Issues

I recently bought Guitar Rig 6 and have an issue using it in standalone feature. When I open guitar rig and play the latency issue pops up, but when I minimize it, it sounds fine. I basically use ITunes/Music player to play my backing track and use Guitar rig with my custom Presets. With this issue I am unable to tweak sounds on my presets when guitar rig is open on the desktop. I have yet to try it on DAW function on Logic Audio as I am yet to install the same. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

When playing around with the presets by tweaking them, don't play the track and maximize the GR tab.

When you play the track, minimize the tab before that.

Problem solved.
