KK not loading 3rd Party libraries

I can't load 3rd party libraries in KK but I am able to load them in Kontakt. Could it be that these Spitfire Audio libraries came on a SA Drive SSD and KK is not recognizing the drive? Keep in mind I have no problem loading libraries from Spitfire that have a serial number on both Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol.

Komplete Kontrol doesn't recognize third-party VST3 plug-ins yet. Only NI's own ones.

Have you tried step 4 from this help page?

If you successfully add an unsupported (non NKS) instrument, they will show up and must be loaded from here...
