Is there a graphics card for my MacPro5,1 (2012) that will let me run Massive X?

I'm more or less successfully running Mojave and Catalina, both unsupported by Apple, primarily to run Kontakt Komplete Ultimate 13.

The only NI item I can't run (for which I have a license) is Massive X and expansions.

My Nvidia K5000 prevents me from using Massive X. My question is whether there's a GPU card available that will let me run it. Value-priced would be nice, too.

For Massive X you need AVX. Is it in your Mac?
