How best to use Session Bassist with a Komplete M32?

Hello!

I am in the process of learning how to use Session Bassist - Prime Bass and one of the difficulties I am running into is I have to hit the "OCTAVE < Fixed Velocity" on my M32 to even hit the Red keys that select the pattern. This leaves me with one octave to play Prime Bass on(i.e. the blue keys).

Is there a recommended keyboard size to play Prime Bass? Or is there any way I can optimize how I play it with my M32?

The M32 isn't really made for these types of instruments, unfortunately. It's doable, sure, but not ideal.

Maybe take a look at the 49 or 61 instead:

@Eklethe Unfortunately, there are only 32 keys on the M32, so that sets a limit, just as @Monochrome said.
