My computer will only update to 10.14.6. I am confused - the requirements state "10.15 or 12 or 11" So 13 and 14 won't work?

@r stevenson Well, this is how Apple operating systems work. There was 10.9, 10.10 up to 10.15, now the main number changes every year, starting from 11. So chronologically that would be:

10.15

@Jeremy_NI Im having the same problem I Just brought a new MacBook and im trying to install Kontakt from native access but any time I try, I get a "Download Failed" message? I did have Native Access install in a different location but I had uninstalled it and and installed it again and still the issue comes up, any help!?

Have you checked that? Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
