S61 MK2 Screen irregularity

Hello, I just picked up a KK S61 MK2 used, and there seems to be some grey lines on the right side screen. Can anyone tell me if this is concerning? It doesn't look right to me. Basically they appear anywhere there is text or an image. The right side is also much brighter than the left.

    It's not normal. It is normal to see a slight brightness difference between the screens (they don't have a good QA on this because even my keyboard shows a difference) but the distorted lines is not normal, looks like some kind of ghosting issue.

    Probably the seller knew this and the reason they were getting rid of it.
