Problem with massive X sustain pedal.

This has been around for a while without resolve. Try this.

1. press and hold a key then hold down the sustain pedal
2. Let go of the key and press it down again
3. Keep holding that key and release the pedal and the note stops.

The note shouldn't stop you're still holding down the key. As a pianist this drives me insane. It has been mentioned here: https://www.native-instruments.com/forum/threads/massive-x-systain-pedal-stops-note-playback.448465/

All over reddit. In posts that got resolved even though the issue wasn't fixed. It's been years and the problem still persists. This can't be a hard fix at all right?

Same story with me, I've been waiting and checking for the fix for over a year now. Synth is useless for pianolike sounds. It's a shame, because it sounds really good.

Would increasing the number of voices (I tried with 64) and enabling "Reassign" be a solution to the problem?

Edit: the suggestion does not solve the problem. It works for some notes but not for others
