Library based plugins wont load

hope someone can help me figure this out. When on the go I like to get ideas down on my Macbook. most of my NI Komplete software works minus the more recent library ones. Ive reinstalled them many times from local hard drive to eternal, Ive trying opening the snapshots from the saved location with no success. I have deleted the user Komplete Kontrol user data and still no luck. I'm running out of ideas to make this work, and its frustrating to have handfuls of sounds i cant even use.

What sounds/instruments and how are you opening these (standalone program, within a DAW of some kind)?

Screenshots could also help unmask this mystery too.
