"No Instrument Loaded" When loading any kontakt instrument in Komplete Kontrol

Hey

Instruments can be previewed in the browser but when I try to load them up it displays 'no instrument loaded' for all Kontakt instruments. I can manually load them in kontakt and everything works, but surely the purpose of Komplete Kontrol is to be able to load a preset directly from its preview, especially kontakt instruments.

No idea what to do. Here's an example of it not working with an NI instrument. Thanks!

Make sure to give Full Disk Access to Komplete Kontrol, Kontakt and your DAW: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Restart your computer, if that doesn't do the trick, try to reset Komplete Kontrol's database by deleting this folder: Mac HD > Users > Username > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Komplete Kontrol

Note: the User Library folder is hidden. To access it, click on Go in the menu bar and press down the Alt key. You'll now find the Library entry in the menu:
