Guitar Rig 6 blocking other audio sources

Hey !

I just bought a Komplete audio 2, set it up yesterday and everything worked fine, today, I start my computer, try it, Guitar Rig works so I decide to go on youtube to play songs but when I try to play a video this happens :

(translation : Audio rendering engine error. Please restart your computer.)

I get the same problem while playing any file on my computer that has audio, I just can't hear anything else than Guitar Rig when it is running.

Also, sometimes the sound in my headset becomes really low and bad it may come from the headset or the jack 6.35/6.5 (I don't even know) adaptor but I'm not sure.

Can't find any help on internet so I ask you !

The settings when the soundcard is connected would help here. Did you install the ASIO driver for the Komplete Audio 2? Installing the ASIO Driver for KOMPLETE AUDIO 1 / 2 / 6 MK2 (Windows)

Make sure that the sample frequency chosen for your Windows system matches the one in your audio applications.

I think in your situation, that you need to set up the KA 2 as the default Windows Audio Device and then set up the KA Asio drivers as @Jeremy_NI stated.

I have installed the ASIO driver but the problem remain the same, I had it at first and then switched to the ASIO4ALL when the problem appeared.

Here are the settings in GR6 when the interface and the bass is connected :

I also have something new to say when I start a Youtube video now (without guitar rig running) it sometimes pause the audio of the video and the USB led on the interface blink...
