I'm using Cubase 7.5.
and I am Window user.
I reinstall Kontakt and all NI instruments.
Then I cannot find kontakt 16outputs.
There's only Kontakt like below picture.
Should I set multi output in the kontakt settings?
There are no longer seperate plugins for 8 and 16 outputs. You use the output section to configure outputs now (Mainly applies to standalone...see my edit below). So to answer your last question… Yes!
EDIT: To clarify, when loading as plugin, All outputs are available, but in Cubase you have to activate the output to use them.

How do you activate the output? After an upgrade, I just started using K7 in Cubase 12 on Sonoma, and saw that the 16 out and 8 out plugins were gone!

Actually there are 64 now (or 32 stereo) :-)
Check the image, first click the arrow to open channel selection, then click as many as you like, to activate them.
