I bought Kontakt 8 full but NI CS say I cannot have Conflux or Leap Expansions

So I bought Kontakt 8 full (i.e. not Player) through the FL Studio bundle expecting to get Conflux and Leap with 12 expansions as advertised on the NI product pages but these are not included or available in Native Access.

Here is the product information from the Kontakt 8 page:

Customer services are tardy in their replies so I thought I'd post on here in the hope that someone can clarify the situation. I first raised this issue ten days ago and it's three days since they last replied, when they said that even though I have bought full Kontakt 8 (not even an upgrade) I cannot get Conflux or the Leap expansions. Leap itself is installed.

Can anyone help please?

What you bought was Komplete Signature Series 2 a special bundle exclusive to Image-Line.

FL claim it's worth £889 but on the NI site there's no version of Komplete that's £889. Komplete 15 Standard is £539 but includes over 95 premium instruments and effects, over 50 Expansions, and more than 50,000 sounds.

TL;DR it's a cheap "deal" from FL so probably not directly equivalent to buying Kontakt 8 from NI

But here's the thing - when I click on the Kontakt 8 link in the bundle (top left in the screenshot below), I'm taken to the features of Kontakt 8 video and there it is: Conflux

Image-Line (FL Studio) say they are acting as a storefront selling the NI bundle on NI's behalf.

Here's Image-Line's response to me: "I understand your frustration, but I need to clarify that NI Komplete and Kontakt 8 are products developed by Native Instruments, not Image-Line (the creators of FL Studio). Image-Line does not sell or manage Native Instruments products"
