How do I install Kontakt?

In "My Products" I own Komplete 5, Komplete 6, and Komplete 10 upgrade.

I do not currently have the NI stuff installed. I bought a Kontakt instrument without realizing that it requires full Kontakt, not just the player.

How can I download/install the full Kontakt. I assume that I must own a license for it since I've purchased Komplete in the past.

If you own Komplete 10 UPG - you most likely have Kontakt 5 (dating back to 2011-ish.

Assuming your new instrument is most likely modern - you would need to upgrade to either Kontakt 8 (standalone) or score much better value by considering a Komplete 15 Upgrade (from Komplete 10)

The K15 upgrade would include Kontakt 8 Full plus a host of other groovy stuff.

Once you make a purchase decision - everything is managed and installed via Native Access v3.20+

Very important - before doing anything - ensure you take some time to evaluate the age of your Mac (and especially it's OS capability) AND the system requirements for Komplete 15 and/or Kontakt 8.

Both have modern system requirements so they will not be supported on say - a Mac from 2017 with a retired MacOS.

Minimum start point here in Fall 2025 would be MacOS 13 - but the newer the better.
