Leap expansion doesn't load performance view

While loading any leap expansion instrument into Kontakt it loads sounds ok but it won't show it's performance view. Only blank grey rectangle where performance view should be. It started when I notices that there are some libraries missing in K8 so I rebuild Kontakt 8 database by deleting .db3 file and restaring standalone to rescan all plugins.

I am having the same problem on Mac OS 15.7. is it possible to fix one thing without messing up several others?

So I've tried rebuilding database, Reinstaling from Native Acces, Unistaling from system control panel and installing it again. And i did it for Kontakt 8 as well as all leap expansions. The thing that I noticed is when i switch to Classic View mode and then go to Monitor→Engine and hit "Restart Engine" Button or just hit the Exclamation mark in the upper right corner of Kontakt it shows a notification in lower left status bar "Wallpaper not found or not readable".
So far I'm out of ideas.

Same problem here, and I found that you have to ie open kontakt 8 as administrator, and it shows up!! whereas it wasn't needed before.

Many people doesn't know that normally using its computer with administrator privileges its not a clever idea but a bit risky. You should use it with a limited privileges account on a day basis and only swap to an administrator one when necessary.

Its something similar when you have to update the Native Access app. It doesn't update itself if you try on a normal user account, even if you grant it admin privileges, which is something that is rarely seen on any other windows app. Yo have to go to the admin account, update it, and go back to the normal user one. Poor developing technics or something like that.

Open as administrator doesn't work for me. I'm on support ticket right now and so far all I know is that downgrading to Kontakt v 8.5.0 fixes it. However updating it again (no matter if by administrator account or not) makes that problem again. I'm gonna wait for support's answare and let you know if somthing can fix the problem.

Same. Originally saving the plugin state and reloading it would repair the gui until the next time I opened the project. No longer seems to work. I was thinking about updating kontakt 8 or upgrading my Komplete version which includes it. Wondered if the issue would persist with the full version. Let you guys know if I make that LEAP…….pun intended
