How to setup/activate Kontakt 8 As A Multi Timbral Plugin

Hi. New here. Can't figure out how to have a multi timbral instance of Kontakt 8 so I can have multiple instruments on different MIDI channels and not have to open multiple instances of Kontakt with a single instrument loaded.

When I try to load an additional instrument it just replaces the first instrument. In earlier versions of Kontakt I never had to do anything to set that up, it just automatically loaded my additional instruments/libraries.

Would appreciate if someone would point me in the right direction. I've looked at a ton of videos but none so far have made this clear.

Hello,

if you have kontakt opened as plugin just select the first instrument from the browser, then you click the pencil on the left upper side. Now you should see "tools", "Instruments" and the instrument browser on the left side, there you select under "instruments" another empty slot or click under the loaded instrument in the empty area, go back to the new browser and load a snapshot or directly load a new instrument from the instrument browser - and so on. Do you also need help with audio routing?
