none of my sample instruments show up in the Kontakt 8.1.0 window, nor are they able to be use

I upgraded from Mac OS11 to Mac OS12 and upgraded from Kontakt 7.10.9 to Kontakt 8.1.0.

Except for the free Kontakt sample instruments, none of my other sample instruments show up in the Kontakt 8.1.0 window, nor are they able to be used (see screen shot).

I zoomed with apple support. They told me that Kontakt 8.1.0 is not compatible with Mac OS12. It was his suggestion that I upgrade to MacOS 13, and everything should work.

I upgraded to Mac OS 13.7.8 but the same situation remains. In Kontakt 8.1.0 my sample instruments do not show up in the Kontakt window, nor are they able to be used.

When opening Kontakt 7.10.9, it shows only some of my sample instruments, When i try to open an instrument it says: the sample instrument “could not be loaded. The file format is not supported or corrupt” (see screen shot).

If there is a tech savvy user who knows how to fix the problem using zoom, I am willing to pay your reasonable fee.

Third party libraries (that use an .nki file) will never appear in the "new" main Kontakt 7/8 Library window.

Now these libraries can be manually imported with a bit of work - see here
