while playing the SYMPHONY ESSENTIALS - STRING ENSEMBLE V 1.4.1 (on Kontakt v 6.7.1)

Randomly some notes are not released when the sustain pedal is raised.

I used Yamaha Modx as a keyboard With the latest updates.

Has this problem happened to anyone else?

Hi @Hiragana What keyboard and sustain pedal are you using? Just to rule out that it's not an issue with the keyboard and pedal, can you please check out this article and let us know how it goes?

Hi,

the keyboard is Yamaha MODX8 the pedal is Yamaha FC-4. I also used another sustain pedal with the same problem.

To reproduce the problem, just use chords that use common notes. With chords that don't use common notes it seems that the problem doesn't happen.

In the attached video the last 2 chords have the C note in common and in fact that remains hanging.

I have tried several times and all the times there is the problem.

I attach a video and some files. I hope they can be helpful in solving the problem.
