Expand / Collapse all instruments and Keyboard follows MIDI input in a Multi

Hi everyone,

I often work with Kontakt (expecially inside Vienna Ensemble Pro) and run into two limitations:

Expand / Collapse all instruments

1. Right now, I can only fully expand/collapse instruments one by one
2. It would be super useful to have a button or shortcut to open/close all instruments in a Multi at once (and not only the headers)

Keyboard follows MIDI input in a Multi

1. The on-screen keyboard always shows the range of the last instrument I clicked.
2. It would be great if Kontakt could automatically switch the keyboard view to the instrument that is currently receiving MIDI.

These two small improvements would make it much easier to see key ranges and key switches while working with large Multis.
