Hello. My Ableton project crashes whenever I reopen a project and delete a track containing a previously frozen Massive or deactivated massive. Appears 100% of time. Mac M2 and Ableton
Ok I see, thanks for the clarification and for the new thread where it's all very clear. I've enabled you to post links, it's a safety measure to address pretty nasty spam bots. Will close this one and we'll continue there:
Have you at least given full disk access to both Ableton and ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon ? : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
And if using Sequoia then N.I. apps (and DAW ?) must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)
.
Also then you could try doing a Deep-rescan of all installed plug-ins. To start a deep rescan, hold ALT/Option and click "Rescan."
@Hakkah Massive or Massive X? these are completely different programs. One has a standalone version Massive where you can check if it also crashes.
And Massive X that does not have a standalone application.
I would suggest to try the following:
If it's Massive, open the standalone application, if it crashes, apply these steps:
My NI Software Crashes at Startup (macOS)
If it's Massive X, try this: My Massive X Browser is Missing Presets
Hi, I created a new topic where I gathered all my bugs (3). Of course, I’m on Massive X on a Mac M2, reset twice to factory settings. I can’t insert any links or videos because I’m new on the forum.
