I use Massive X plugin in Pro Tools and it freezes, just when I change controller. I installed new, but I have the error again. I have this problem only with Massiv X not with any other plugin. Can you help me?

Error 0xFFFF is a very generic term. We need the full address to be more specific. It is a Windows fault and it can be related to memory, display, connections or more. So we need the full error name. If you can make a screen shot too, would be very helpful too.

The first message says "access violation. location cannot be read" so quite likely it's the recent issue with the silent update which broke Massive X.
Running Native Access should allow the fix to download in the background.
