Not receive nylon guitar session

Hi. It's more than 12 hours that I've purchased nylon guitar session for my full Kontakt.

The product or download link nor serial number not received yet. In my order status it shows under review.

Does anybody has the same experience with this product or another Kontakt libraries?

What should I do know? Many thanks

This is normal and can happen. "under review" means that the order needs to be reviewed manually by NI's team.

All you can do is to just be patient really. You could also try contacting Order Support.
