I've tried 3 Browsers and cleaned cookies. I also tied both on mobile and PC. I was wondering that maybe it is some how related to my account?
Error appear right after I select payment method and hit 'Continue to payment', so that I am unable to provide any CC information.I am trying to update from Komplete 14 U to 15 U.
On my end it looks like website error, but I know it might be cookies, browser, account, … also. That's why I am asking if I am only one.0 -
Hope the really good Symphony Series bundle discount means we may see an updated Symphony Series sequel soon. Current Symphony Series made som strange choices so any update will hopefully improve on that with recordings at new locations. If NI makes new orchestral libraries they should have Auto divisi, Auto legato and more articulations to stay competitive.

Sorry about that. Thing is that as a Moderator here then not being a N.I. employee then I have zero system access to N.I.'s site. So while I am on-line and would very much like to assist then all I have to offer is advice. This means that unless that N.I. chat responds at present then you will have to either wait until tomorrow or make a ticket : N.I. Support (all).
The bright spot is that the sale has just started so you ought to have plenty of time though of course , and I do understand that , it's annoying to have problems when you try to shop.

The S2 is list on the sale page, but it's at the normal price. Is this a typo?

Not everything is the store is on sale. Has always been this way.

I know there's a trend for bashing NI.
But the promotions are really incredible, I own the Komplete CE and the value of the update is just amazing for the price !Many don't reward customer loyalty as well, so thanks NI

Could be some stuff in their cart is part of the exclusions. They should reach out to support directly to double-check.

Absolutely nothing to do with browser, cookies etc. etc.
I'm almost sure that you are using an ad-blocker…
if that's the case, disable it for the NI website (at least temporarily), and try again.

Again, it is not the same for everyone.
It depends on your continent, your country, your currency, taxes system, your older purchases, etc. etc.
It should be (can't say 100% sure of course) an algorithm that, when you're logged in, it auto-calculates all the above and making a final offer for you.

I see the discount the S2 even when I'm not logged in so no idea why some people don't see it, unless they're seeing cached versions of the page from Cloudflare or something?
