The range of erhu in East ASIA is relatively small, so you can't play high notes?
Someone mentioned the same back in March. According to Kaiwan_NI, "the team said they've opted for recording more articulations, rather than including the extreme range".
I don't know if Spotlight Collection packs are ever getting updated at all (apart from eventual bug fixes and alike), so I wouldn't hold my breath for new instrument recordings. (Personally, I would love to see more than just three Korean instruments, but that likely won't happen).
